Request Initiation & Overview Users begin a new vendor request by entering general details, selecting the funding purpose and type, and initiating the negotiation flow. A step tracker indicates progress.
User Assignment & Roles Enables assignment of internal stakeholders or reviewers, with dropdowns for role designation and permissions.
Vendor Selection Grid Displays a tag-style list of available vendors, grouped by criteria such as location, product type, or approval tier. Users can select or deselect vendors for comparison.
Evaluation & Scoring Provides input fields and rating mechanisms for criteria such as cost, delivery time, and compliance. Users can score vendors side-by-side.
Terms & Conditions Entry Contains sections for inputting legal and contractual terms, with flexible text fields, date selectors, and attachment options.
Location and Regional Allocation Allows users to specify delivery or implementation regions tied to vendor selections, along with financial allocations per site.
