Logo Design Masters outgrew its original identity. While the business expanded into full-service branding and web dev, the website remained a basic "logo shop," causing high bounce rates and missed lead opportunities.
The Goal: Pivot the brand from "budget logo shop" to "premium creative agency" through a complete UX overhaul and conversion-focused redesign.
Strategy & Insights
Using Hotjar heatmaps and Google Analytics, I discovered that users were dropping off at the pricing page due to "Information Overload" and a lack of direct communication.
Key Insight: Users weren't just looking for prices; they were looking for reassurance.
The Pivot: I integrated Live Chat Support to bridge the gap between browsing and buying, providing instant clarity on project timelines.
The UX Transformation
01. Information Architecture
I restructured the navigation to prioritize "Services" and "Pricing & Packages," reducing the number of clicks required to reach a conversion point.

Strategic User Journey: By mapping the path from awareness to conversion, I identified a high-friction point at the Pricing stage. The integration of Live Chat Support serves as a critical bridge, addressing real-time user concerns and directly contributing to the 42% increase in lead generation.

Accessibility & Legibility:  Following a heuristic evaluation, Roboto was implemented for its neutral, high-legibility letterforms that perform consistently across mobile and desktop. The brand’s Vibrant Cyan (#00B4FF) was validated for high-contrast accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) against dark backgrounds, ensuring a seamless experience for users with visual impairments while maintaining a premium aesthetic.
