Role: UX/UI Designer · Creative Director · Brand Strategist · Owner Project Type: Internal Agency Website Redesign Tools & Tech: Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, WordPress, Elementor, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEO Tools (Yoast, SEMrush) Timeframe: 3 weeks
🔍 The Challenge
Logo Design Masters had grown significantly—expanding beyond logos to offer full branding packages, web development, and digital marketing. However, the old website wasn’t keeping up: it was visually outdated, lacked clear structure, and didn’t convert as effectively as it could.
The goal was to reimagine the site’s experience to reflect the premium quality of our services, improve lead generation, and build trust instantly with visitors.
🎯 Objectives
Position Logo Design Masters as a full-service creative agency.
Improve conversion rates and reduce bounce rate.
Create a more engaging, visually elevated experience.
Streamline navigation to help users find what they need quickly.
Optimize for mobile, SEO, and accessibility.
📚 Research & Insights
During the UX research phase, I conducted a heuristic evaluation of the existing site to identify usability gaps and improvement opportunities. One key area was the lack of direct communication with potential clients. Users browsed services without a clear way to ask questions or clarify concerns in real time.
💬 Solution: Chat Support Integration
To address this, I proposed and implemented a live chat support system.
This allowed users to:
Ask quick questions about services, pricing, or packages.
Get guidance on the design process and how to get started.
Clarify doubts about payments or project timelines.
📈 Results of Live Chat Implementation
Improved trust: Users felt more confident interacting with a real person before committing.
Increased conversions: Faster responses and fewer abandoned inquiries boosted sales.
Better customer experience: Real-time support reduced friction and uncertainty for first-time buyers.
📊 Analytical Review
I assessed performance through:
Hotjar session recordings and heatmaps.
Traffic sources and funnel data from Google Analytics.
Competitor websites in the logo, branding, and creative agency space.
Key findings from the analysis included:
Most users dropped off on the homepage or pricing page.
Mobile visitors struggled with navigation and long scrolls.
Clients wanted reassurance: real work examples, guarantees, and clarity on pricing.
Lack of direct communication.
🛠️ Technologies Used
Figma & FigJam: Wireframing, UI mockups, collaborative ideation.
Adobe XD: Prototyping and transitions.
WordPress with Elementor: Flexible, responsive site build.
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript: Custom styling, interactive sections, animation.
Hotjar: Behavior tracking and click heatmaps.
Google Analytics: Performance monitoring and data-driven improvements.
Yoast SEO, SEMrush: SEO optimization and page audits.
